The Smartlures Fluorocarbon Pike Trace is made from one of the best fluorocarbon types available. Gamakatsu G-Line is strong, virtually invisible underwater and abrasion resistant. This makes these leaders great for pike fishing.
The leader is made with a double sleeve and the ends are heated briefly to prevent any chance of slipping back.
The leader is equipped with a Spro Matt Black Rolling Swivel size 2 with a strength of 43KG. The Smartlures Fluorocarbon Pike Trace leaders are available with a high-strength Mustad Fastach clip in sizes 2, 3 and 4. Size #2 is great for streamers up to and size #2/0 hook. Size 3 is excellent up to hook size #3/0 and #4/0 and size 4 is suitable up to hook size #8/0.
